Me and my girlf friend are in a serious realtionship and have been living together for over a year now. We both love each other verry much. I dont know what to do or how to explain myself to her. So heres the story my girl friends ex contacts her every once in a while. Now he sent her a friend request on myspace.She thinking about adding him and keep in contact.
I dont want to tell her "no" and i dont want to tell her what to do.But it bothers me.Like really really bothers me. And im verry stressed etc.She doesnt see anything wrong with it and i dont know what to do.please help what should i do

if she loves you as much as you say she does then she should respect your feelings. so just tell her you aren't comfortable with it and to please not do it

Tell her how much this bothers you......then ask her why she feels the need to keep in contact with him.
If she doesn't care about your feelings on this you may need to rethink your relationship with her.
