so started emailing this girl on match.com...exchanged 6 emails about. i winked at her and then she just emailed me. said she likes how i seem down to earth and a family oriented guy. after those emails, we both got a lil busy...1.5 week(s) about. suddenly she emailed me on myspace (i gave her my link in the 3rd match email) and i responded, then she requested me as a friend...i accepted, then we exchanged about 8 or 9 more emails over the last few days. ive known her online for about a month and a week. this last email i sent, at the end, i said, "well hey i enjoy talking with ya, we should meet up some time"...she replied back w/ a two parapraph email, and at the end said, "i like talking to you too. let me know the days that are good for you. maybe after your finals?"

And she emailed me @ 5a this mornin to wish me luck on my final..and saying shes gettin ready 4 work

First, you never know. With that being said, it is quite possible (with the frequency of emails) that she is cool. I would make it casual, a meeting at the park of coffee house, somewhere public and non-threatening. After meeting her and talking, then decide if a phone number exchange is a good idea.
