Okay so there is this girl. I liked her for a whole year, and during the summer she moved to Arizona (I'm in Georiga) but now that she lives over there she got to know me over myspace, and now she likes me and would go out with me.
She might be moving back next year, but it's uncertain. what should I do?

If you're sure she's moving back, then keep it going. If not, stay friends, but chances are it won't work in the long run. I have only heard of very few long distance relationships that end up working out. Most of the ones that I have encountered, they ended up moving closer to each other, otherwise it wouldn't have worked.
