How to pick up this girl ?

There's a girl that I've in the halls of h-school, I graduated last june but before I did I found her myspace and talked a few times then talked to her in person for a short time in the halls.

Alright Ill post the advantages and disadvantages in the situation.

Advantages

1) she told me where she works , and told me the days she works on myspace.

2) my friend works with her so I have a possible in?

3) She think im funny.

Disadvantages

1 I graduated last year so I can't see her more often and she's on her last year.

2 she's not online alot like most people so that limits communication.

3 she barely knows me.

4 she's shy too

5 I wont go into her job more then once and a while because I'll look like a creep.

Now tomorrow I am gonna stop into her job after I get off from work and be myself. But i face so many disadvantages I think so I don't know if it'd be right to ask her to hang out or something. Maybe I should ask her what she's doing on h-ween since we live in the same neighborhood.
