I'm not a teen anymore (i'm 23), but I think you are quite beautiful :) As for the irresistible, no girl is irresistible all the time. What happens is that there is one instant, when the right guy is looking at her, that she does something or makes the right face or just uses the right tone of voice in her hello, and he's in love. So hopelessly in love that everyone would laugh at him, and he wouldn't care.
