Well I've known this girl since 7th grade and I'm in 10th grade And we have talked alot on myspace like 4 hour's a day. NOt sure how to ask her out.

I think the best way is to start (subtley) talking about the latest movie that is coming out (or is already out) and not some creepy horror sci-fi thing, a comedy or romantic comedy. Then casually say you want to see it and if she says she wants to see it and is enthusiastic about it, casually say maybe we should go together (or however)

It depends what kind of guy you are. If you are outgoing you could tell her how much you like talking to her on Myspace and that you would love to talk to her in person. Suggest something like a casual dinner, because if you take her to something too fancy, it can get awkward. Or, you could go for the ever so popular movie. If you go to a movie, be sure to ask her what she wants to see before you choose something that she won't enjoy watching.
